A Vietnam Tourist eVisa allows travelers to enter Vietnam for short term tourist visits. The Single entry visa will allow a stay of 30 days, whereas the Multiple entry visa will have a validity of 90 days, usually for 30 days stay per entry.

All countries except Visa Exempt nationalities (listed above)

Required Documents:

  • Global Visa Professionals Personal Form
  • Passport copy – a clear scan of the main data page of your passport
  • Photo – a clear photo of the applicant, passport-style, shoulders and up, high resolution, without shadows, even light distribution on plain background, taken within the last 3 months, which has not been used for previous passports/visas
  • If residing in a foreign country – proof of legal status, such as residency permit, work visa, etc.

Validity: 30 days up to 5 years

A Vietnam Consular Visa allows travelers to enter Vietnam for the following visit purposes – tourism/family visit, business, work, study, conference, and others. The visa fees are applicable in reference to the duration of the visa requested. Note that ALL CONSULAR VISAS require an approval letter issued by the Immigration Department of Vietnam

Required Documents:

  • Global Visa Professionals Personal Form
  • Passport copy – a clear scan of the main data page of your passport
  • Photo – a clear photo of the applicant, passport-style, shoulders and up, high resolution, without shadows, even light distribution on plain background, taken within the last 3 months, which has not been used for previous passports/visas
  • If residing in a foreign country – proof of legal status, such as residency permit, work visa, etc.
  • An approval letter issued by the Immigration Department of Vietnam
  • Additional documents may be required on case-by-case consular review

Note: Most Vietnam visas do not require a personal appearance by the applicant. If you are mandated to attend a consular appointment, Global Visa Professionals will inform you accordingly.

Please be advised that Vietnamese Embassy fees may be subject to change, based on country of submission, currency exchange rate and varying consular rate for express services. If there is a large discrepancy in the Embassy visa fee, Global Visa Professionals will contact you to perform a charge or a refund of the difference of the cost.
